We had been contracted by William Birch who was the main contractor on the Hilton Castle project, to manufacture & install a full fire-rated curtain walling system on each level at Hilton Castle. This enabled the building to meet the current fire regulations at the time of installation.

Working alongside BAM construction who was the main contractor we took part in the Sarah Swift project, and installed an Mx curtain wall with Fx window systems for the new building in Lincoln University for Health & Social Sciences and Psychology.

For this project we were asked by one of our construction clients to supply and install a 4 pane sliding door to a new build home which had only been built 12 months and the client wanted 4 sliding leafs that could all open on their own to give multiple configurations along with side lights to give a wrap around feel on their kitchen extension.

What are your opening times?

Our opening times are currently Monday to Friday 7am – 3:30pm

Unit 2 Phoenix road, Crowther industrial Estate, Washington, Tyne and Wear, NE38 0AD.

Smart Systems.

Hardware is guaranteed for 12months, glass is warrantied against manufacturing defects for 5 years from date of manufacture and the paint is covered for 10 years, all our products must be maintained as per the maintenance booklet provided with all our doors and windows for the above warranties to stay valid.

Our doors and windows come fully assembled without the glass as this is to be fitted after installation of the frames (instructions included) each of our products come delivered to your door on our own dedicated vehicle.
